Salam Blogger from Gaza!
It the midst of all the problems in your part of the world you manage to focus on the daily things most people regardless where they live spend their time on. These photos tell us that Gaza isn't ruins and slums but has something people are proud to show and take care of.
By the way, shawarmah restaurants have become increasingly popular in the last few years in Toronto.
Several hundred metres stretch of downtown street houses several of them. The origins might be from Egyptian to Turkish including Palestinian and Lebanese.
Salam,
Thank you for showing us your view of Gaza. I'm from Canada too, and I'm afraid I'm not familiar with "shawermah" sandwiches. Are they anything like a donair meat sandwiches (which I love)?
Dewz,
I'd kill for a shawarma sandwich. None here in Dublin. One shop opened in the city a couple of months ago and when I went to buy some the other day found that it shut down. To the enquirer from Canada, they kinda look like donner sandwiches but taste a hundred times better. Hope ur feeling better dear.
Hey suff,
Remember the old days when we all had shawermah in the car while stroling around, "abu-Nawas".. wasn't it?
El-Hamdella, i'm sooo much better now, thank you dear..
Kisses to ur little devil :x
